A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Green Gal-Sonya Bradford brings to your table 21 years of professional experience. Sonya had worked in numerous restaurants and for a caterer in Providence, RI. before Green  Gal’s first summer season in 2007. Having done everything from washing the dishes to coordinating events she has had a long time love affair with the food service industry, and local food. Sonya also brings to you the professional knowledge she gained working her way to the Vice Presidency of Corky & Company in Fall River, Ma. Sonya has traveled both domestically and abroad coordinating logistics, executing plans, and finding exquisite dishes to eat and make.
